Copper Nickel Fasteners are manufactured in forms of bolts, screws, stud bolts, threaded rods, nuts & washers; primarily for use in marine applications, for their notable resistance against sea water corrosion. Also often called as Cupro Nickel grade fasteners, these fasteners are available in two prime grades; CuNi 9010(C70600) and CuNi 7030 (C71500) with 90:10 ratio. C70600 fasteners have copperish appearance due to content ratio. Copper Nickel Fasteners are produced with reference to grade specifications of ASTM B122, B151 & B171. With extensive usage in marine sector, copper nickel fasteners are key products in our portfolio.

Copper nickel, also known as cupro nickel alloy, is an alloy of copper and nickel with other strengthening elements. Known for their resistance to sea-water corrosion, Copper nickel alloys are used in industries related to shipbuilding, desalination, hydro power generation, cooling system, offshore platforms, heat exchanger and condenser fabrication.
