About Hastelloy® G30

Hastelloy G30 is a high nickel based alloy with improved succession to nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-copper alloy G3. With higher chromium, additional cobalt and tungsten, hastelloy g30 has notable resistance to wet-process phosphoric acid environment. Alloy G30 is also resistance to environment containing highly oxidizng acids such as nitric/hydrofluoric, nitric/hydrochloric and sulphuric acids, as a result of required amount of molybdenum and copper content. Hastelloy G-30 is basically the same as other high alloys in regard to formability. It is generally stiffer than an austenitic. Because of its good ductility, cold working is relatively easy and is the preferred method of forming

Hastelloy G30 can be forged and formed in all types of fasteners such as bolts, screws, studs, threaded rods, nuts, washers and other customized bolting components.
