Nickel Fasteners

Nickel Fastener Grades

AISI 4130 Bolts

Nickel fasteners are highly resistant to corrosion with extensive use in bolting food and chemical processing equipments, pipeline components and instruments. We produce fasteners in 2 commerically pure nickel alloy grades 200 & 201. Nickel fasteners are available in all forms of bolts, screws, stud bolts, studs, threaded rods, nuts, washers, dowel pins & other custom fastening parts.

Alloy 200 & 201 are two commercial pure nickel alloy grades. Both Nickel 200 and 201 offer corrosion resistance in reducing and neutral media as well as in oxidizing atmospheres provided that the oxidizing media allows the formation of a passive oxide film. This oxide film accounts for the materials excellent resistance in caustic environments. Both of these nickel alloys has exceptional resistance to caustic alkalies at various temperatures and concentrations.
